iReward24 loyalty workshop in Lviv

November 4, 2010, in Lviv, iReward24 organizes a free workshop on creation, implementation and management of the loyalty programs. Workshops is dedicated to representatives of the Ukrainian companies interested in the loyalty programs.

During the meeting, the targets and mechanisms of loyalty programs in B2C and B2B market will be presented, as well as IT system for the management of loyalty programs. Its selected functionalities will be shown during the live-demo presentation.


The following topics will be presented:
•    Steps of creating a  loyalty program
•    Operation of the loyalty program from the perspective of the customer and customer organizer
•    Unique functionalities associated with building communication with customer and loyalty program management
•    Creating a loyalty promotion as a tool for increasing the efficiency of the program

Thanks of the case studies presentation you will see the benefits of the program implementation, as well as ways of increasing its efficiency through the use of modern IT tools.
Presentations will be  conducted in Russian language.

iReward24 enters the German market. We’ve already prepared a complex offer which takes into consideration the specific of the German market.
Our consultants visit our office in Dresden, where many of our customers’ enquiries are coming from, more and more frequently.
