Call Center/Customer Service Applicationsupports the employees of various customer service points, during the process of customer registration, customer complaints, awarding prizes and continuing loyalty account support.


CWA Module – is a web portal for end-users, created on the basis of CMS, in which customers can check their loyalty accounts and the program operator can use the portal as a channel for personalized communication
with the customer and also as a foundation to build a community which will be loyal to their program or brand.


POS Module – is designed and optimized to support the work of cashiers.

Gift Cards Module – enables the introduction of gift cards which makes it possible to conduct highly secure shopping-voucher based loyalty programs.

Reporting Module – is a set of ready templates which produce reports using data contained in the loyalty program. The reports are designed to provide 100% control over the program, its daily operation and Key Performance Indicators.

Module for area managers - makes it possible for managers and owners of sales outlets to access
